He oversees all legal work, from drafting and preparing documents to their submission before the competent judicial or administrative authorities within the prescribed timeframes.<br>He possesses extensive experience in providing specialized legal advice in commercial and civil matters, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and preparing corporate bylaws. He also participates in the establishment of companies in various legal forms, as well as drafting and amending their articles of association in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<br>Mr. Al-Baddah is distinguished by his advanced skills in formulating innovative legal solutions, analyzing legal risks and offering practical recommendations, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws and standards. He also demonstrates strong leadership in managing legal teams and supervising litigation processes with high efficiency.<br>He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University with Excellent standing and First-Class Honors. He has also completed several specialized training programs, most notably: an intensive course on the New Companies Law, a course on the Civil Transactions Law, the Civil Counsel Fellowship Program, as well as advanced courses in contract drafting, endowments, and inheritance.</p>
